WOMEN'S LARGE.  Preowned with minimal wear.  No visible flaws.  V-neck with optional tie closure adorned with tassels.  Upper chest has eyelet trim.  3/4 length sleeves.  Elastic waist creating a ruffled/flounce hem.  Handmade in India.  No fabric tag present but appears to be a cotton or cotton/polyester blend.  Beautiful blouse for July 4th celebration!!
