Shipping Policy
SHIPPING is FREE on orders over $50 via USPS Priority Mail.
Items are shipped once payment is received. Currently (as of Oct 2020), items will be mailed on Thursdays thru Saturdays only. USPS Priority Mail delivery is usually 2-4 days, however this is an estimate and not guaranteed. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships but note that sometimes it is 24 hours before you can access this information.
Return & Exchange Policy
Prior to purchasing an item at LPO, it is emphasized that you read the description and view all pics thoroughly. RETURNS are ONLY accepted for LPO store CREDIT for the purchase amount. The returning item must be received within 15 days of the delivery date to the customer. The returned item should be in the same condition you received it and new items should still have tags intact. Return fees are however the responsibility of the customer.
Speaking of Size
LPO provides numerous photos in several angles of the actual garment available for purchase. Size of each garment is listed as per tag located within the garment. This pic is provided to you as well. If however the size tag is not present, size is guesstimated and based on visual assessment and measurements (which are listed). It is best to measure a similar garment of your own for comparison.

When measuring a garment here at LPO, it is done with the garment lying flat. A chest measurement is taken in inches from pit to pit; a length measurement is taken in inches from neck to hem; and a sleeve measurement is taken in inches from shoulder seam to tip of sleeve. If a shoulder seam is not present, it is taken from neck to tip of sleeve and this is noted in description.
